SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES - EU

The delivery time is a maximum of seven working days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. This may vary for international shipments. The shipping cost will be calculated according to the size and weight of the product. The price for international shipments will vary depending on the distance and the zone. During the month of August, orders may take 7-14 days. Custom orders will be processed starting September 1st due to workshop closure. Made-to-order or customized products may require, depending on stock, an additional preparation time compared to the standard shipping time. The manufacturing time for these products is specified in the product description.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

As an international customer (outside the EU), please note that your country of origin may charge import taxes and customs duties when the order reaches the destination country. These taxes and duties must be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office to get an estimate of these fees.
