All products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were delivered. It is important to include the purchase receipt, delivery note or any other document identifying the purchase.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to 10 days to be reflected, depending on your bank.
In case the product arrives defective or in bad condition, we assume the full cost of the return.
